Refund Policy

Undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returned items are inspected before the refund is issued.

Return Window

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • If a warranty claim has been opened, the refund request expires 30 days after the claim is created.
  • Requests outside the approved refund window are not eligible for processing.

Return Conditions

  • Items must include original packaging, labels, and all included accessories.
  • If only part of an order is returned, the refund may be reduced by the value of missing items.
  • Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the required condition.

Shipping Responsibility

  • If the product has no manufacturing defect and remains in new or like-new condition, return shipping is paid by the buyer.
  • If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, KEYi Tech handles refund responsibility accordingly.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer cannot be refunded after dispatch.

How to Start a Return

Email feedback@global.keyirobot.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, name, and the items you want to return.

Once approved, our team will send the next return steps and any available shipping instructions.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned package is received or collected and processed.

Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear.
