Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern access to keyirobot.com and any related services, products, and promotions offered by KEYI TECHNOLOGY INC.

Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Pricing and Payment

We may update prices before accepting an order. After acceptance, prices may still change if delivery costs are affected by customs duties, government actions, exchange rate shifts, or other matters outside our control.

If a post-acceptance pricing change affects your order, you will have the right to cancel it.

Payments are one-time charges and may be processed through supported credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other listed payment methods.

Card payments are subject to issuer validation and authorization. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by failed authorization.

Availability and Accuracy

Product listings may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated availability information. We do not guarantee that pricing, images, specifications, or descriptions are complete or current at all times.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update or change information without prior notice.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If you have a dispute or concern about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the laws in your country of residence.

Compliance, Severability, and Updates

  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargoes and are not on any U.S. restricted-party list.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
  • If these Terms are translated, the English version controls in the event of a conflict.
  • We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.
